September 21, 2025Sep 21 Because of my personal history with Lazada they have informed me that I can NEVER activate their wallet unless I open a new account with a new phone number which I won't do. So occasionally I get an order cancellation and it gets sent to the wallet. But I can't activate the wallet. This just happened again. So then the way I have solved this is to chat with customer service and ask them to turn the credit into a voucher for a future purchase. So far they have agreed, but it's annoying. Because of that I've started to use the COD PLUS option. Then I can pay online after I see that it's been packed. It saves the bother of dealing with cancellations and then having to hassle with asking for a voucher.
September 26, 2025Sep 26 After Lazada gave me the runaround (they gave me several fake addresses of Flash Express to send back the item, I went to all of them) they now sent me a voucher as a refund - but the voucher cannot be used, error OC01. I called them and they made me send a screenshot of the error message. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days. It's all ridiculous, and I agree with @NoshowJones. Its just all lies.

At the same time, the refund was made to my Lazada Wallet, even though the courier hadn't actually touched the package at that point. Label was attached and the courier was on her way. Last time we returned something, we had to wait 3 days (?) for seller approval and then maybe another day for the return label to be generated. No waiting this time. I have bought 1,000s of things from Lazada and Shopee and never made a single return...If some thing is not quite to my liking 99% its my fault......So I just suck it up.....And lesson learned......
October 11, 2025Oct 11 3 weeks for 571B refund, endless mails and phone calls. I finally got it (they didn't tell me that to use the refund I had to use another device, not the device I used to order - same app version on both devices) I am done with Lazada.
