So you're looking for a computer shop in the Udon Thani area.

How old is your Mac?    is it out of the warranty period?

One option could be to mail it to one of the Apple stores in Bangkok.

nothing wrong with the computer it is down to me . i deleted the download icon from the tool bar i then emptied the trash bin .

I did not realise what i had done until a few days later . i have been on

YouTube but advice given is not working .Rather than make matters worse i would like to give it to some one that knows what they are doing . Mac Air m2 a month old .

Control-click or right-click in the Toolbar and select Customize Toolbar. From another Finder window drag the Download folder to the Toolbar. Press Done.

Easy fix, any shop or even user that knows macbook can sort that out. Worst case a system reset could be done in minutes if you check on youtube.
