Immigration only affects the low end salaries of unskilled labor, although, that does seem to be about 1/3 to 1/2 the workforce. Even at $20 an hour, it's a struggle to get ahead. Third District Judge Douglas Hogan sentenced each to between one and 15 years in prison but suspended the prison sentences in lieu of probation.
