Wall street very convinced ,its gonna be Trump
Dropping tax rates 2% for someone making $12,000, and 2% for a billionaire are not the same. -

Trump kicks off a Pennsylvania rally by talking about Arnold Palmer’s genitalia
Trump is an entertainer. Sometimes he likes to work a little 'blue', no big deal. All the faux outrage just emphasized the fact that he is winning, and his opponents can't handle it. -

Visit Thailand for just under 90 days with Thai wife. Visa advice please.
Totally cut and pasted, but you seem to have missed my point; "I think you can use local income to satisfy the 40k per month too, it does not have to come from overseas, (same as if you get an in-country Non-O based on marriage, that money does not have to have come from overseas)." I don't see any errors in that statement. -

3BB Fibernet installation in a condo
Well I agree with you but you are not answering my questions. Shouldn't the installation be free up to some length? Even the lady on the call centre mentioned this. I am not on the 20th floor so that is completely irrelevant. And second most important point was who should find the technician which can install the cable to my room. Should it be 3BB and is it 3BB technician or a subcontractor? If it is a subcontractor and there will be a problem with the internet they might blame the 3rd party technician. -

Apple Ipad advice
I forget which device / devices it were but weren't apple recently outed and lost their final appeal for building obsolescence into some / one of their devices where it would intentionally slow down after X amount of years? Big class action which they have a judgement against them involving 300-500 million US$? Maybe that what they are referring to -

3BB Fibernet installation in a condo
3BB should organise it, arrange via Line, can find contact details on their website, no need to go anywhere or call anyone. Seems it's a sub contractor, with a 3BB vehicle. There is a 3BB office in Big C Extra -

3BB Fibernet installation in a condo
I suppose that installation on the first floor is a bit easier then the 20th floor ? splicing the fiber cable requires very expensive equipment 3BB are already providing the modem/ONT for "free" 3000 baht doesn't sound too expensive as a one off payment for a needed service..obviously "free" is better but sometimes you can't always get what you want. -

Copying and pasting from which site, obviously with no personal experience yourself, otherwise you'd spot the errors. -

Rule change at Chiang Rai Immigration.
Very poor idea. Bit of a nonsense. Immigration will accept one transaction each month. In most immigration offices the bank book photocopies will be sufficient. Some want 12 month bank statement. 200b on the spot or up to a week for BBL -

3BB Fibernet installation in a condo
Did 3BB find the technician for you? Was it 3BB technician or a subcontractor? I still have a feeling like something shady is going on. I was having a call with 3BB call centre and the lady told me that they cannot find technician for me. -

90 days missed.
I file on the first day I can. Same with annual extensions. There is more time to deal with "unexpected problems," that way. One does not need to do anything wrong to have "unexpected problems" - things change / break / etc w/o warning. That said, checking in here can minimize surprises, which will usually hit someone else in the backside, first. -

Thailand to tax residents’ foreign income irrespective of remittance
I normally file my tax myself through the Revenue Department's E-FILING webpage. However, this year, I noticed there is a form for reporting foreign income. Has this always been there or is it part of the new requirement? The description seems to indicate it is for foreigners, not Thai citizens. -

Drunk Porsche Driver Offers B200,000 Settlement, Victim’s Father Questions Charges
The spoiled drunk driver should spend at least a few years in jail, on top of paying the injured people. But we all know all the family has to do is pay off the cops and it will all go away for their spoiled little son. The cops will do everything they can to make sure nothing happens to the spoiled boy, because they love money. Some cops here are so rich, they can buy 50 luxury vehicles.- 1
