Have you considered Facebook market place ?

Most people looking to purchase a second hand house will be looking on FaceBook Market Place.

Most agents will be 'scouring through' FaceBook Market Place and contact you and telling you they have interested parties... they don't, they are fishing and looking for a 3% commission & basically asking your permission to re-list the house elsewhere... You will also see some 'cheeky agents' re-listing your house with your photo's on Market Place... (even if you've said no to them re-listing).

But, in short - FB Market Place will reach the most independent buyers.

correct, ddproperty is mainly for agents and developers. not for the single house owners. friend tried to sell his condo at Pratunam for almost a year for reasonable price - no luck. He discovered that this site is mainly for agents to promote their offers.

Although the site itself is good

Hipflat? Lazudi? I don't know if they are free, but worth to check. Else just google up a condo for sale and see where all it shows up, then check if you can post on that sites for free.

I didn't read FREE apologies.

For what it's worth I really don't like fazwaz, hipflat etc

The condos are all tiny, usually overpriced and there's no proper sort filter function. How many <30 sqm condo can you flick thru? So, assuming these are free it might be worth the post but I wouldn't expect anything out of it.

There's a Thai site I recall pracorb or something like that

A house NEAR Korat

I'm thinking signs on posts along the highway

Any government, market, etc bulletin boards in the general area

Family members

Facebook

Korat, that's gonna be a fire-sale lol

Post it here.

Location, price, pics etc

I have sold several properties here and used various sites ( already mentioned by others )  but absolutely none of them were as good as a for sale sign on the front gate. All the internet adds I placed got nothing except calls from agents offering to help us sell for a 3% commission. All the properties were sold using a sign on the gate with contact phone number.
