Is it possible to go to Manila and sort out social security in person? My intention is to get it done faster, more efficiently and no email.

 

I'd contacted them years ago and they told me to send some information that should be secured via email.

 

Can this process be done via fax? I could set up fax on PC but have no number to receive fax. Maybe android app? I've not looked.
