When accessing Kasikorn bank online I get this thing to click and slide but it doesn't say which way. I've tried sliding it in all directions and it doesn't work. Is this another Thai brain fart, if things are working ok then leave them alone.

It's called progress. Many financial establishments are upgrading their security. I just logged onto my KBank online account. Found the click thinggy. All good. No issue logging in.

EDIT: read my last post first!

Quite unusual to see a "I am not a robot" captcha on Kbank.

Never seen myself.

Just occasionally at Lazada.

This slider captcha should simply be dragged from left to right. No idea why it does not work for you.

You are in Thailand?

How do you access the internet? Mobile? Fixed internet line? Which provider?

Does it say "unusual traffic from your network"?

You access "online".

On a PC/browser or using App?

Could you or someone else provide a screenshot of that thing?

I am uncertain whether it is what I suppose.

Hell no! Details missing?

Does it by chance say "Term and Conditions" and you have to click in, scroll down all the way and click "Acknowledge"???

If so ignore my above posts 😖

No such thing here. Good luck with all that.

Only similar thing going by description, is a jigsaw puzzle piece that you slide to complete the picture.

Better go to specsave? 😀

From the OP: "Click and slide".

99% bet that it is the new "Terms and Conditions" popup that appears after login.

Just seen it after login on website!

It appears once every other month(s).

If only posters could provide meaningful details.

A simple click onto the greyed text and the bouncing "slider" is gone. Than take four hours to read terms and conditions 🤣

And at the end you acknowledge and is good for x months.

You slide it down because you are supposed to pretend to have read it.

No no and no.

You have to slide down through the text!

The bouncing(!) thing is just a strange attempt to tell users to do so.

"...take four hours to read terms and conditions".

No requirement to read the T&Cs, just scroll down and agree to them.
