Not just another committee, rather a joint committee they say needs to be established. The joint will be supplied by the protesters and members formed from government. Now that’s a collaboration.

I can never figure out the logic of hunger strikes. "I'm going to hurt myself and it will be all your fault".

If they starve, then so be it, their choice.

When I first came here, it was all pretty predictable. Nights out, bars, always somewhere busy. That was the routine. These days it’s different. Quieter, less going out. I still drop in now and then, but it’s not the center of things anymore. The scene itself feels different too.Fewer girls around, or just moved online? Sisaket, Surin, Roi Et, Bueng Kan, Chiang Mai and Rai, Samut Prakan, Nonthaburi, Hat Yai, Korat, Khon Kaen, Udon, Ubon, Chon Buri etc. Kanchanaburi is pretty small, and isolated, but a nice place for history. People love city life, so they have to deal with the pollution of all kinds, especially the air up north.

Following on from my last post, I downloaded and watched a movie starring Nicolas Cage, called "Pig". I did see a few reviews which were very complimentary to Cage and his acting ability, but that didn't come through for me in the movie! It is a very different kind of movie with no real action in it and I really didn't see the point in it, so at the end I got on the Internet to try to find out the "story" behind it, and I won't give it away here, but for me it still remained a pointless movie with no real story/thread running through it, although the critics would say that there was! It seems we are all different in the way we look at movies, and long may it continue.
