Pattaya Man Exposes Himself in Public, Causing Panic and Fear Among Female Residents

Pattaya — An unidentified man terrified female residents in Pattaya by allegedly exposing himself. The incident took place at 2 AM on July 14th, 2024.

According to local resident Ms. Am (pseudonym), 42, she witnessed the man riding a pink Honda Zoomer X motorcycle without a license plate circling a building before stopping and exposing himself to passersby.

 

Ms. Am said she was deeply concerned about the incident as it took place near a building where many women and young students live.

In a city where the women see or feel dicks normally on an every day basis. This one woman claims fear for others? She was not too afraid to stand there and take photos. 

Doubtful anyone showed fear.

not sure id ride a pink zoomer as that seems a rare color and specific style bike for the cops to track down...

 

also OP said it was at 2am....unless the photo has been edited to make it appear to be day....

 

so unless it was a rental which usually has stickers all over it...when the license plate goes back on still seems an easy clue

 

its a PINK zoomer......one of the most easily ID'd bikes to spot on the road.....anyway....

 

That's a bit of a leap that you've taken there. Not every news article has a picture of the event taking place. It might just be of the location where it happened. The picture they used has a random motorcyclist in it. 

The location goes some way to explain why there are a lot of women staying there and awake at 2am and also why the pervert has chosen that spot.
