Thailand Lengthens Visa-free Stay for Hong Kong Residents

Thailand’s decision to lengthen visa-free visits for people from Hong Kong aims to strengthen business ties and encourage more tourists, say industry leaders. Chulabhorn Hospital offers free Hepatitis screenings

Thailand rubber farmers oppose fund use for fish purchase

Rubber farmers in Prachuap Khiri Khan raised concerns over the Ministry of Agriculture’s decision to use funds from the Rubber Authority of Thailand (RAOT) to buy black-banded trevally fish at 15 baht per kilogramme. The farmers question the fairness and appropriateness of this policy.

When I first came here, it was all pretty predictable. Nights out, bars, always somewhere busy. That was the routine. These days it’s different. Quieter, less going out. I kept my Us address as I hit done research before moving to Thailand and realized that it was the smartest thing to do. Us social security has my Us address and because of this I don't have to deal with the are you still alive letter that many have to send back every year to confirm you're still above ground. I I'm lucky that my son lives in Las Vegas and he is a junior so both our names are the same. I've been doing this for almost 25 years without a single issue.
