Abortion time limits were sensible set a long time ago at 24 weeks. Any other version of this is just another MAGA dog whistle to get idiots riled up. 
There is no single payer medicine in Canada or the Uk. It’s paid through taxes and isn’t a profit business. 
I do believe in proof of citizenship but that has always been the case. It’s called the electoral register. You have to be a citizen to vote. 
I believe in cancelling student debt. Higher education should be free. 
Your last point about Hamas is the usual gaslighting I expect from any Trump supporter. Hamas was despicable in what it did; Israel even worse in its relation and what it’s been doing for the last 50 years.

They even mislead themselves about what the Democratic policies are. Like the abortion issue, they will scream and deflect and ignore California, for example. I think that if you think about it you will realise that those benefits are not solely due to any one political party. Sadly your list applies mostly to the western world, which is why so many from the other world want to live in the western world.

 

BTW, many of the benefits you list were brought about through war, as medical advances were made in rapid time, along with better aircraft, better engines and manufacturing, and many were due to the space race during the cold war.

The fix was in IMO. Perhaps it's just as well Trump won when he did and put the proverbial spanner in the works.

 

The only time I had any respect for Obama was when he made netanyahu enter by a side door, but that ended pretty quickly once his handlers got hold of him and it was back to biz as usual in Washington.

I think that if you think about it none of these things are solely due to any political party , but are all were made possible because of democracy. 

And they don't only apply to the western world.  The whole world benefits from all the things I listed. 

I challenge you to go back to the things I mentioned and find one that the whole world has not benefited from,
