At  00:10, on August 12, emergency services were notified of a accident involving a inter province bus on the outbound Mittraphap Road at kilometre marker 45, opposite the Khum Ngern Khum Thong area, near the Klang Dong Highway Service Center, Klang Dong Subdistrict, Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima.

 

The bus involved was a first-class air-conditioned bus on the Bangkok-Roi Et route, operated by Nakhonchai Air Company and there were a total of 34 passengers and staff on board.

 

Upon arrival at the scene, rescue teams from various rescue foundation units, found the bus had lost control and overturned on its side, it is believed no other vehicle was involved. At the scene there with seven individuals who had sustained injuries in the incident. All the injured passengers were given first aid at the scene before being transported to Pak Chong Nana Hospital for further treatment.

 

The Klang Dong Police Station is responsible for the investigation and handling of the incident.

Very first class and as extra an accident

ah.... the bus lost control... nothing to do with the driver losing control... sounds like Thai logic at it's finest.... need to discipline the bus naughty bus...
