Fire Destroys Temple Pavilion in Maha Sarakham

On the morning of August 12, a fire broke out at the temple pavilion of Ban Khok Ko Temple in Village 1, Khok Ko Subdistrict, Mueang Maha Sarakham District, Maha Sarakham.
 

Firefighters from the local area and nearby districts, with local rescue foundations responded to the scene and successfully brought the fire under control, in just over an hour, and were able in preventing it spreading to nearby structures.

 

The blaze completely destroyed the pavilion and all the contents, but fortunately, there have been no reports of injuries or fatalities.
 

Further details of the cause of the fire are currently under investigation and an assessment of the damage and estimated cost is being calculated.
