  • All over Thailand the same with chairs, boxes, or something else....even they dare to ask money for parking a car near markets as nowhere a permission is found that there is a paid parkeing

I am not surprised she had to reserve that space, or probably 2 or 3 spaces. She doesn't even know how to sit on a chair.

  • Well done those cops  👏

'the public road in front of any house/business is deemed to belong to the house owner.'  This was my original post.

Now, you are famed for your ability to split hairs whilst adding nothing to the thread, could you please explain the difference in meaning that you see between the two versions.

Yes, certainly.  Your original post ('the public road in front of any house/business is deemed to belong to the house owner') categorically stated that the road in front of a property belongs to the property owner...it doesn't.  You may have worded it incorrectly, but that is what you claimed.

Your amended post ('it is deemed by the house/business owners to be their land') states that just the householder/business owner deems the road theirs as opposed to law doing so, as your first post implied.

Check out my response above.

No idea why you're quoting me. I agreed with your post, the intention was clear. But banging on about it is imo not necessary.
