Nobody needs (and no reputable doctor will do) an arthroscopy, or any other intervention other than rest, for new onset mild knee pain in the wake of over-exertion. Rest the knee, ice it, maybe take anti-inflammatory if you have no contraindications to it. If the pain becomes chronic then some investigations might be worth considering. Not now. -

KFC in decline?
They're not all created equal. Here in Chiang Mai for instance there is a team training the BK people to utter perfection, their fries and burgers taste the same at every outlet. Always fresh and better than in Europe. MacDonalds, the opposite, hit and miss and usually miss, definitely worse than in Europe. KFC in the middle somewhere, okay, but not as good as the best in Europe, and also varies a lot from outlet to outlet. It's about the particular franchise operator, not the chain itself. -

Huh? You must not have read the article or your comprehension skills are lacking. It's the exact opposite of what you posted, according to the article. The high-end hotels are doing ok, the mid and low-end hotels are not. The conclusion? Thailand is doing ok with the number of higher-end tourists visiting but is not attracting enough mid and lower-end tourists to fill those types of hotel rooms. So much for all those posting by you and others saying Thailand is being over-run by 'cheap mass tourism'. -
