Error 200

I am getting an error 200 message every-time I try to post a pic  in the "Worst Joke" forum"---I ca write in it however.  

 

Just tried here same pic here--so (for me) that is all Asean I guess.........

yes ...  and there's some issue with Life sentence for Spaniard in Koh Pha-ngan Murder case ...

 

when I click on a somebody reacted to a post in that Topic ,   it starts to open but then freezes and does nothing ... but not with all reactions,  only a couple.
