The Importance of Respecting Trump Voters

I think that not all potential Trump voters are fully in his cult.

It's highly unlikely to be able to deprogram those in the cult.

But as a practical political matter its better to not openly show personal derision to have much chance of communication with the segment that is persuadable.

Trump voters are not all racist for example but if you meet an American racist they are probably a Trump fan.

Democrats are the most racist people going around. Their best candidate was jewish so did not get selected. Their worst candidate was a brown woman got selected. Shows the Democrats pick based on race and gender and not on quality.

Many liberals I know support racist policies like so called positive discrimination and apply the "one drop" rule to labeling people black. Many believe people should vote on racial grounds ("If you vote Trump you ain't black" - Joe Biden).

I agree with most everything you say, but draw special attention to "beaten back by a decided majority." Trump has always lost the majority vote, but since the USA is not a democracy but a republic, he has to be beaten (again) in the Electoral College. Hopefully, that will happen.

Read it again and learn how brackets work. I didn't say the Nazis called for the elimination of Israel, I said they were anti-semitic. It's many liberals calling for the elimination of Israel (from the river to the sea).

I don't believe I hold prejudice and resentment towards those who don't share my views. I can work with and discuss issues with those who see things differently than me. But there are at least two groups to which that doesn't apply because we are so far apart: child abusers and Trump supporters.
