That was a breach of fiduciary duty, nowhwere does the judgement say "thief".  Besides, the action was dismissed when Trump agreed to pay money owed resulting from the breach. What kind of "thief" pays money back?

  • Dems have been calling for a bullseye to be put on him and saying he's Hitler, Nazi, racist, dictator and a threat to democracy. Their hysterical inflammatory nonsense has to have something to do with

A "thief" that doesn't want to go to jail.

It wasn't a "theft" case, it was a breach of fiduciary duty case.

He didn;t pay money back. He was ordered by the  court to pay $2 million over his scam foundation. What kind of man shift kids cancer charity money into his business but Trump.

It wasn't a cancer charity, it was his own foundation that he founded and funded out of his own pocket mostly!

And he did pay money back. The judge commended him for it, or rather his lawyers.

I prefer Leninist myself, but the positions of the Democratic are far left, therefore all Democrats by definition are far left. Thats why Tulsi Gabbard, among others, got out.

Thats a moronic statement and shows the depth of political knowledge you have. The majority of dems are not " leftist", no more than the majority of Republicans are far right. Again a bit of research would do good for you.

So are you saying the Democrats are not left wing?

Or that he was not a Democrat?

The Trump charity case was dimissed when the lawyers agreed to settle the dispute, ie Trump paid for a portrait out of his own pocket. At most it was breach of fiduciary duty, not theft. What kind of theft is this where the "thief" pays back all the money in dispute?

The University case related to lawsuits centered around allegations that Trump University defrauded its students by using misleading marketing practices and engaging in aggressive sales tactics. Again, nothing to do with any judge calling Trump a "thief".

This never happened, but I guess we will not get any apologies.

A thief offering to pay the money back is still theft. Trump admitted it and offered/forced  to pay the money back.
Obtaining money by deception.....Theft.

I knew that you would try and pull the "The judge never actually called him a thief card, so therefore he is not a thief".
You are nitpicking to try and obfuscate.
Nothing to apologise for.
He has defrauded people and organisations for financial benefit....ie thieved.

It was one of the 8 charities that the foundation support which had its fund misused by Trump. There was no evidence of donations to charity by Trump personally. Trump didn't given any of his own money to the Foundation. Almost all the fundings came from other people including some of his business associates. You are embarrassing yourself defending the indefensible.

Nick, who do you think the GOP wants to lead their party?

I have no idea , Trump is the only G.O.P person that I know of , I haven't heard of any others

For the first time I can remember, I agree with you!

I think the majority of Republicans still support Trump, but he is moving out of favor with a growing number of them. I think many support him just because they know of no alternative. I have no idea who could replace him at the top of the party. Does anyone else have an opinion on this?

A thief that gets caught.

Duh!

Wouldn't mind if that happened to dictators who invade peaceful neighbors. Not at all.

So you would "not mind" if another human being is murdered because of their politics. You do realise the irony to say something like this on this thread?

You understand this puts you right next to people like the psychopath Routh who wanted to kill a person due to a political mania?

Oh, and while some MAGA faithful tells "the left" to tone down the rhetoric (indirectly blaming them for the incidents) Trump , as usual, leads by example:

'“I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!” Trump posted Sunday morning on Truth Social in his trademark all-caps style, without context or elaboration.'

Hayley could have a chance, Vance and DeSantis, no way.

If you are talking about known murderers like Putin, sure.

No, I don't and no it doesn't. I wish Putin would drop dead tomorrow because he started a war that has caused hundreds of thousands of  deaths and injuries to children, women, men, young and old. He's also murdering political opponents and anyone who gets in his way. It would be a clear case of som-nam-naa.

Did I say that? Besides, it is the MAGA morons that have the guns and are standing by.

You should stop with the hyperbole and emotional pearl clutching. It's very exhausting.

I'm sure there will be more attempts on his life.

I see it happening regularly here on AN forums, people antagonizing, getting hostile and nasty, then the other member gets aggressive.

Pot calling the kettle black?

It only goes one way through doesn't it? The Left wind up anyone that doesn't agree with them non-stop and that is okay, but as soon as someone in the middle or (gawd forbid) right has an opinion, it doesn't count/they are sht. Puerile school kid stuff. How many people support the guy, 100M? Are they all scum, wrong? The sooner people acknowledge others' opinions, the happier the world will be.

Trump gets taken out, he will become a martyr and things won't go well on the streets. People that think it would be good are also the kind that think military coups are good. Again, opinion is removed.

Just like the assassination attempts were mere accidental discharges of a weapon while Trump just happened to be around?

Strange that. Seems to have cheated again. Seen lots of picture of his right ear after the alleged assassination attempt. Not a scratch.

No you didn't.

Not looking at the judgements in the cases you mentioned, not a single judge called him a "thief".

Maybe so, kind of expected on social media, but not by political leadership. Look at the outpouring of BS on this forum with the lies by Vance and trump  regards Springfield. Anyone with a bit of nouse knows trying to kill a political opponent in the Western world increases votes for the opposition  I'm sure if it were an attempt on the life of a Dem leader MAGA would be cheering.

I'm sure you are wrong there.

Ok.  So if you play golf and someone has an AK-47 and two ceramic plates outside of the course then "play on:?

Know nothing about guns but if you were to seriously assassinate a person would you not be using one of those sniper guns?

When was the last time you fired an AK-47?  An AK-47 can be used to hit long range targets. It is not the prefered weapon for a precision shot but with a 30 round magazine landing the rounds in the geneal area would get  the job done.  The AK is not a simple long rifle unlike an AR-15 but many have been kiled with it worldwide.  Some of those killed with AK's were some of my fellow service members.

Well it seems the gunners cant shoot. Going down in skills  then since 1963, when they could even hit a moving target. Or is it all publicity? All is in the game nowadays.

Did you read the story ?

The gunner was caught before he could fire a shot .

Security detected him before he could shoot
