This is a perfect example where you need to think things through. As I have mentioned in other posts targetted tariffs where say China is assisting exporters so that the sale price in the US is not fair can be a reasonable retaliation by the US. But a blanket tariff as Trump has proposed is straight out protectionism and isn't consistent with the age old Republicans mantra of a free market. It can lead to significant inflation and a distorted market. Has Harris copied this. Of course not.

Sadly, there are some people in this world, who, unfortunately have severe mental problems, and can even become dangerous if they ever, in life, find themselves in any sort of position of power.   trump is one of them, and his best way to handle this person, would be in a place where he can receive proper mental health treatment.   Perhaps a secure room, in a hospital that specializes in this area of mental health would be ideal for him. A doctor, with the help of some well trained nurses, could, pick him up from his residence, put him gently into a straight jacket, give him a warm drink, and take him, by ambulance to said hospital. He will probably need life time treatment, so best to leave him there in capable hands.  Oh, and give him some kiddy toys to play with, something to keep his mind occupied.

He only spreads more racism and hatred by the minute. And he has no real plans of doing anything good for anyone but himself. He's not mentally capable of running the country or bringing any goodness to its people. He's 100% what America as a country doesn't need right now. 
 

As with this election, my viewpoint on the candidates is the same as every US election. There is no great choice, it's only down to choosing the lesser of the two evils. Only this time the stakes are much higher and the greater of the two evils is a tremendous danger to the entire American, and possibly world population.
 

But you can't see that. And all the Americans who plan to vote for him can't see that either. By the time they realize it, the damage will be done and it will be too late. So I'm hoping that goodness will prevail and we won't have to cross that bridge where all the people who don't support Trump have to sit there a year from now and say "I told you so and we tried to warn you."
 

I only want the best for humanity and the world so that's why I am fully against Trump. It's that simple. I'm not really interested in policies of the candidates or which side of the political aisle they stand on. Trump is a grave threat and a danger to humanity, the world is already in a very bad state at the moment, and I don't want to see it get any worse with a crazy old, angry, racist/fascist man as president of the Un-United States.
