You're the same party who claimed in this topic that the Inflation Reduction Act stipulated that

"Biden/Harris introduced the 'Inflation Reduction Act' (that worked great eh?) which forced business to tax all tips and make an estimate on those which were not 'reported'. " Had you read the article you linked to you would have known that was false.

And then you claimed that Trump's claim that he saved Obamacare

"He did. When it went to the Supreme Court and he won, it was clear doing what he wanted to do would cause more harm than good - so he backed down and did not completely shut it down.  In that sense he 'saved' it - maybe next time he will listen to those who said 'shut it all down anyway'. "

When I pointed out this was utterly false, that the Supreme Court actually ruled Obamacare constitutional in 2012, and that Trump pushed to get Obamacare repealed during his first year in office, you regurgitated the above ridiculous falsehood.

But at least when you were challenged on this, you bravely and honestly....evaporated.

LOL - unbelievable - some more facts but with lots of feelings.

Your take on what happened is biased against Trump and mine are biased towards Trump - well done on that.

I know you believe fully what MSM states happened - but the fact is that Trump backed off destroying Obamacare because of the situation. Just like he backed off immediate withdrawal from Afghanistan due to the situation that would cause. Likewise, Trump is going to remove the impacts of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) that caused workers voluntary tips to be taxed - fact.  You clearly did not read the article in full - voluntary tips were not taxed unless declared - the IRA made employers legally liable to report estimated voluntary tips (people were not reporting the cash handouts given as tips).  Harris was the deciding vote that passed the IRA - fact.

Trump states he is going to remove all taxes on tips - Harris camp knows she will lose on that one - so they take the lesser of two evils and agree to also remove that bad part of the tax that she imposed. But if you listened closely she said 'hospitality and service' workers. If you know socialists like I do - that means the Act will decide who are 'service and hospitality' workers. Trump said he is going to remove it for all workers.

Anything besides abuse and insults??

I'm afraid I can't help you there, the man has no class, no grace, little intelligence and has all of the vices I dislike and none of the virtues I admire. Even his own mother said she had raised a monster which indicates some childhood trauma in his upbringing which could account for his blustering to cover up his insecurity. The fact that he has turned the GOP into a party of sycophants isn't just his fault, it shows a general trend of spinelessness in the political class willing to pander to the lowest common denominator of the voting public, with a few notable exceptions. I am not sure about the qualities of Kamala Harris but she will win if only because Trump as an alternative is too awful to contemplate, at least she can be expected to abide by democracy and has no delusions of being a dictator.

Careful what you wish for. You really don't want that. Trump has already proven countless times he's incapable of talking policy without slamming the heel of his foot against the back of his throat. Childcare? Mexico paying for a border wall he never built? Black jobs? His botched efforts are endless. Let sleeping dogs lie if you really are that obsessed with Trump and don't want to embarrass him further.

Ha! Well he has stated as a matter of public record … he does have a concept of a policy …

Trump said McCacain did “a horrible horrible thing” by casting the deciding vote against an bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

"Paul Ryan couldn’t persuade him. Neither could Mike Pence. And in the end, President Donald Trump couldn’t reel in John McCain either.

The president made a last-ditch effort, calling the Arizona senator and key holdout on the GOP’s Obamacare repeal measure, as the bill’s fate hung in the balance, according to two sources familiar with the conversation. After Pence had spent about 20 minutes working McCain, the senator went off the floor to speak with Trump by phone, those sources said.

Whatever the men said, it didn’t work. Shortly before 1:30 a.m. Friday, McCain strode to the well of the Senate, and gestured his hand downward to vote “no.” Stunned gasps echoed throughout the chamber."

What message and values would that be?

Talk a big game and pretend to be a tough guy, but instead act like a thin-skinned crybaby every time someone (or you think someone) says something bad about you?

Staging an insurrection because you can’t take your loss like a man?

Saying “I hire only the best people”, and then firing them left and right?

Going bankrupt five or six times and screwing tens of thousands of small businesses out of millions (billions?) of dollars?

Not paying your bills?

Lie and cheat every chance you get?

Cheat on every one of your three wives?

Having sex with a porn star while your wife is giving birth to your son?

Treating women like objects and telling a reporter you should just grab them by the p*ssy?

Make fun of a disabled reporter?

I’m sure I could come up with a couple more doozies, but I think you catch my drift. Donald Trump is a miserable excuse for a man who should never be allowed anywhere near a position of power again. But what really worries me is how some 70 million Americans buy into this guy’s lies, that he is God’s gift to mankind, and America’s last and only chance to be rescued from those evil Dems.

I know you dont see or hear them - but they are there - in the form of facts and policies.

You clearly dont like the guy - but why hate him so much? Because you are told lies about him and mud sticks.

Example - he dodged a bullet and then stood up and shouted FIGHT - he aint no cry-baby mate. Fact.

All your other personal criticism are just that - personal criticisms - Harris has many more personal flaws too..

Sure he can and will attack like a pitbull - but he can and will show his heart - usually privately.

From that same article:

"The tariffs that Mr. Trump has floated are orders of magnitude larger than what President Biden’s administration has proposed, presumably covering more than $3 trillion of trade, and implying a much bigger impact on the economy."

Yes, he's (manufacturing sector) not happy about the dumping

Harris are fewer bc it's just a ripped off idea from Trump. Don't believe it? She didn't even have a policy page until ten days ago

Apparently, you are unacquainted with the facts. The Biden adminstration does have tariffs in place. Harris is in favor of targeted tariffs. Trump's proposed taiffs are lunacy. Up to  20% tariffs on everything and 60% to 100% tariffs on Chinese imports. Where are the workers going to come from to run all these new industries that such tariffs are allegedly going to create? How will this not be inflationary as Trump claims?

Sure. I would expect that every administration back to John Adams had tariffs

Yet for Harris integrated as a talking point / platform / policy is disingenuous.

Really, she hasn't a clue and for you to somehow side with her as she's a brilliant politician or tactician is an absolute joke.

She never expected to be in the place that she's in. She has never schooled herself in any sort of foreign policy, knows nothing about economics, can't even spit out a cogent sentence and yet there she is cackling like an old hen

Everyone made fun of Sarah Palin but Sarah Palin is Miles ahead on policy and politics then Kamala Harris

I can still recall the heartwarming anecdote about he threatened to cut off the health insurance coverage for the gravely ill baby of his nephew over a dispute about Fred Trump's will.  It still brings tears to my eyes.

So instead of answering specific points about policy, you just insult Harris. No wonder you're such a fan of Trump.

Again with the empty insults. And nothing to address the fact of how utterlly false were TroubledandGrumpy's claims about Trump and Obamacare.

Biden was wrong. At least in his case it was out of his devotion to his son. Trump's action was out of devotion to money.

Can you share with us a second instance of kind words he had for Harris? What makes this news is that Trump for once didn't behave badly. That's quite a low bar he's just cleared.
