I Love Donald Trump
JD Vance, in 2020 messages, said Trump ‘thoroughly failed to deliver’ “Trump has just so thoroughly failed to deliver on his economic populism (excepting a disjointed China policy),” Vance wrote in February 2020. -

5 year multiple entry DTV visa (Destination Thailand) from 2024-xx-xx
3 Russian friends have arrived today at HKT from Jakarta via Kuala Lumpur, one IO saw 2 used VEs 90+60 days this year, turned the red light on and sat with a smug face waiting for the supervisor to come serve his 'client'. Friend said - look at page 18 there is a visa there IO saw the DTV, turned off the light, stamped him 180 days no questions. Other two were stamped without any problem, (had same 2 VEs used). So far so good, DMK and HKT letting people in with DTVs after 2 VEs this year. -

Renewing retirement visa obtained inside Thailand?
No. It was made quite clear that I had 800k in the bank AND could comfortably satisfy the 65k x 12m requirement. If anyone has used Maneerat, or any other Pattaya agent, to obtain a retirement extension based on monthly income I would be interested to hear -

Your Two Months Rental Deposit
Sadly, you are right, most do. The good landlords put the deposit into a separate bank account, that they forget about until the tenant is ready to move out. -

No, they didn't. In fact, in the UK, and many other countries, they encouraged people to get out and exercise. -

Electric Vehicles in Thailand
A 28 Sep 2024 The Nation news article....be sure to read past the headline as it looks like August registrations of EVs jumped way up....highest of any month this year (even higher than the big number in January). Maybe "sluggish" vehicle sales/registrations for most of 2024 is coming to an end. https://www.nationthailand.com/news/general/40041876 Thailand sees a 13 percent decline in registration of new electric vehicles SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2024 1 minute read However, trend of increasing demand continues in 2024 As many as 1,876,356 electric vehicles (EVs) were registered in Thailand in the first eight months of 2024, a nearly 13 percent drop compared to the same period last year. The Department of Land Transport (DLT) said on Friday that registrations had declined by 280,091 vehicles from the 2,156,447 in the same period last year. The department said that despite the lower number of registered EVs in 2024, the trend of new EV registrations was still growing, especially after January. EV registrations during the year: January: 15,915 units February: 6,259 units March: 7,373 units April: 5,973 units May: 7,969 units June: 7,911 units July: 8,270 units August: 20,658 units. In August, the top five EVs being registered were: passenger vehicles with less than 7 seats (17,980 units), motorcycles (2,158), trucks (233), taxis (168), and tuk-tuk (39). “Electric vehicles are environmentally friendly as they emit zero carbon dioxide,” the department’s deputy director-general, Seksom Akraphand, said. “It is one of the reasons that the adoption of EVs has been growing continually. We believe that the number of EV registrations will keep on growing until the year-end.”- 1
