Only a small portion of the homeless are mentally ill.  Reagan closed them after the liberals complained and cried about keeping them locked up.  It’s unconstitutional.

 

The rest are just lazy or drug addicted that don’t want to work for “the man”.  They prefer the homeless lifestyle.  Most refuse help.

Try going up to any cardboard sign holding bum on the street corner.  Offer them work.  No thanks, they just want money.
