I bought an office chair from HomePro about fourteen months ago for ~B10K.

 

The air-strut started bleeding off, slowly at first, and then pretty fast. I was going to bush it up, but the wife calls HomePro and apparently there're three-year warranty. 

 

They make an appointed, send a guy out and they replace the entire base, wheels and all. 

 

Some guys talk about how all Thai companies are cheaters, but that has not been my experience.

Did anybody in your household overload that chair?

 

Some time ago I thought about buying a LazyBoy recliner. They had somewhere a message, I think in bold, that if anybody over 100kg or something like that uses the chair, then the warranty is void.

Chair is rated/warranted 150kg
