In the UK as a non Resident it would be tax free

 

Then when you remit to Thailand you'd pay income tax.

 

IF you had stablecoins pre-2024 or the asset was invested in from savings pre-2024 then those funds to the value or the value of the principle are tax free in Thailand.

Good question - i might withdraw a bitcoin from

BitKub (Thai exchange).

- but I wonder if I’ll get hit by a 15% tax…

> tax on Profit only ? 

> No tax & we file yearly ? (I’m non tax domicile here as I’m less than 180 days in country due to my work overseas) 

 

Will it flag when 2MB hits my SCB account from BitKub ?

no tax if not tax resident
