33 Year Old Man Injured After Jumping from Pedestrian Bridge on Rama II Road

A 33 year old man from Nakhon Ratchasima suffered serious injuries after jumping from a pedestrian bridge on Rama II Road, during the morning of October 14.The incident occurred near Saengchan Pub, with the man falling onto the fast lane heading toward Central Plaza Rama II. Local police and emergency responders were alerted and quickly arrived on the scene.

 

The injured man, identified as Mr. Sitthipong (last name withheld), was found in severe pain, lying in the rightmost lane of the expressway. Upon examination, it was confirmed that both his legs were broken, and he was bleeding from his injuries. Emergency responders from PMG Hospital provided immediate care and transported him to the hospital.

 

 


When questioned at the scene, Mr. Sitthipong, who admitted to having used methamphetamine, was incoherent and refused to disclose the reason for his jump.

 

Police are investigating whether he was struck by a vehicle after the fall. The incident is under further investigation as officials await Mr. Sitthipong’s recovery to gather more details.
