Earlier today I was looking at the description of an hotel on Agoda. At the end of the description, there was the following sentence

 

"[Some content may be Generative AI assisted. Inaccuracies may occur.]"

 

Does this now mean that if you book an hotel and when you arrive you find it doesn't match its description that there is no comeback on the hotel, they just tell you, tough, it was AI generated so it's not our fault?

 

Why on earth would they need an AI generated description in the first place? Surely they know what amenities they have and what the rooms look like?
