I see these type couples most days on Soi Buakhou but this photo not taken in Pattaya. 

 

In Pattaya similar but slight differences, standard clothing for guys, shorts, flip flops and stained T shirt, Transvestite, not as good looking as the photo, also larger exposed fake breasts. 

 

Where,s Adams Apple? no trans she.

Dress him up in a Singha tank top, cargo shorts and flip-flops, and a bit of ink and he would look like a typical bar owner.
