I don't think the OIC would allow an insurer to use anything other than a legal address on their policy documents. I also believe that the other contact details would lead to PC. The term underwriter and insurer are often used interchangeably in the insurance industry, so rest assured that in this context PC is the underwriter/insurer. Being domiciled in Thailand, PC comes under the regulatory framework of the OIC. There is no other insurance regulator in Thailand, so that shouldn't be a question. I don't think PC Thailand has been rated by any of the major rating agencies, but this isn't unusual for the smaller local operations of multinational companies. Financial information is available here https://www.pacificcrosshealth.com/en/financials/ and possibly elsewhere (SET) since PC is a publicly-traded company. There is no mystery. -

There is no email or phone verification of who someone is, to schedule an appointment. And the problem is all of the time slots are always full. Could be possible that it is someone who wants to cause problems for CM Immigration, by taking all of the new time slots. It is even possible for someone to have created an automated bot. Not difficult to do with no login to create a new appointment. There should either be email or phone verification of who someone is, before they can schedule an appointment. -

Thanks. I'm aware of that and do that locally, always going to pharmacy. However, in this case I knew I'd need to see the doctor again. I didn't want to raise any concerns that I hadn't followed his advice and I didn't know if I'd need a prescription for one of the others. I was a little woozy after the local too! Didn't consider at that time that he'd probably not know if I'd purchased the prescriptions at the hospital or not. -
