It doesn't  matter what they do. People will still come in. You could build Trumps wall from Texas to California and they'll still go over, under or around. Stop the people from hiring illegals first. There's not much you can do besides sending them back when caught. They need work and will go to any extremes to get it, as shown.

What to expect from a country like america that is distribution trillions of dollars to Ukraine in money and weapons with absolutely no accountability, yet all the subway of NYC is in a worse condition with flodding all over when it rains and a general metro network that is worse then any 3rd world. Even the metro stations of New Delhi or Bangkok are 100 light years more advanced then the subway of New York, As for the many bridges in  America that are plainly rotting with no maintenance, no comment...

 

All this to say that no matter who., America is on the decline and the future of business an prosperity lies in Asia and the BRIC+ nations.
