If the US economy is so good, WHY:

1) My former apartment now rents for over $1000USD a month, I paid $350. 3 out of 8 are vacant.

2) Dozen eggs at $3.59USD, I paid $1.19

3) when I visited for 2 weeks, a SMALL  Hamburger, French Fries, Cola cost me $9.29USD

( Here I get 2 large chicken sandwiches, medium french fry and cola, under $7.00USD.)

Another ignorant Raw Story piece of lies and obvious omissions. No pandemic after all then?

Find a world leader who turned in a worse performance over covid.

But for covid, Biden probably wouldn't have been elected. He was elected because Trump couldn't be trusted to get the US out of covid.

The OP is talking to trump's claim that the US economy today is in the worst shape it has even been, which is clearly false based on statistics presented in the article.

Balls. The story says that Trump may have convinced many Americans that the economy is "terrible" but not the worse shape ever!

Many Americans are worse off in real terms, despite these reported low unemployment rates, lower inflation and higher household income and they don't need anyone to tell them that because inflation-driven living costs have outpaced the lot of them.

The majority of Americans are worse off than before Biden and that's why Trump won.

And just look at how long it dragged out under Biden, who inherited the vaccines from Trump.

Rember the vaccines that lying Biden tried to take credit for?

"It'll be gone by Easter"

Trump claims the worsening U.S. coronavirus outbreak is a ‘Fake News Media Conspiracy’ even as hospitalizations rise

President Donald Trump on Monday claimed the worsening coronavirus outbreak in the United States is a “Fake News Media Conspiracy,” saying the nation has the most cases in the world only because “we TEST, TEST, TEST.”

“Corrupt Media conspiracy at all time high,” Trump said in a tweet Monday morning. “On November 4th., topic will totally change,” he added, referring to the day after the presidential election.

I wonder how much better things might have been had Trump been allowed to restrict flights from China, like he wanted.

Didn't that liar Biden say it would be over by July 4th?

If Trump was the savior of the virus then why are so many anti vax nutters claiming the virus is dangerous including his current pick for Health sec. Your narrative is totally false. His actions speak louder than words/

I never said Trump was the savior of the virus. Nothing I said is not true.

Biden inherited the vaccines from Trump.

Biden tried to take credit for the vaccines.

Trump tried to restrict flights from China.

Biden claimed covid would be over by July 4th.

All I said, all true.

this chart:

https://www.statista.com/statistics/236852/retail-price-of-eggs-in-the-united-states/

says the last time the average price of eggs was $1.19 was 2002.  Does that agree with your memory?

I would suggest that recently egg prices have been heavily influenced by bird flu outbreaks so are not a good measurement of inflation.

The definition of the economy is broad and also includes the very important Inflation index and government dept. Under old sleepy Joe, Inflation has skyrocketed to historic levels. Government dept is also the highest its ever been under any President. So Trump is not a liar in this regard but speaks the truth.
