This should be the criteria for who can use a Woman's Bathroom.  Since she has gone all in, She should not be expected to use the men's loo. Only those that still have meat and 2 veg should be required to use the men's john. So on this I have to agree with you. I think if you still have male genitals you should be required to use male facilities.  It is not bigotry or demagoguery, It is for me just common decency, I wouldn't want a man to share a bathroom with my wife/girlfriend/mother/daughter. And someone who identifies as a woman but still has intact male genitals is a man.

I think that was the system in place 10 years ago before the trans movement went insane and demanded self identifying male fantasists should be treated as though they are women in sports, in changing rooms, in womens shelters and even in extreme cases, - - for an actual convicted rapist -  jails (looking at you Scotland), without making any physical changes to their bodies.  That wasn't enough for them either and they went after the kids.  Literally nobody cared before then and certainly nobody was talking about it.  The liberal women hating men who are the trans activists have done her a massive disservice as now she has lost something that she previously had.

n her first term as a representative for Delaware, Sarah McBride has already faced targeted attacks from Republicans over her identity as the first openly transgender person elected to Congress.

I have no objection to Trans people using men's bathrooms - AFTER - they have had their bits cut off. Up to that point they are just men in dresses and a potential threat to women

The maga autocrats manufactured a problem that didn't exist just for political gain because they know scapegoating trans people is good for them.

This is about one new member of the house.

All they had to do was have an administrative clerk speak to her about the toilet facilities.

There wouldn't have been any problem

It didn’t even need to be news at all much less pass a new law about it.
