Need company to renovate entire Pattaya Condo

My condo in central Pattaya (Soi 15, Urban) is now approaching 15 years old and I need to renovate. 

 

I know I can get floors re-done by Home-pro along with bathrooms re-tiled, but can anyone recommend a company that can manage and complete the entire re-furb? I'd prefer to go away for a month and have it all done when I get back so not looking for cheapest option or having to supervise every day.

 

It's 100sqm, needs new kitchen, new vinyl floor planks, bathroom floor tiles and a full re-paint.

 

Any advice appreciated
