Velveeta turned out pretty good, but could have used a sharper cheese for flavor.  It was quite simple, Cheese, milk powder, gelatin & water (boiling).

Our local Makro has the 2 for 1 again.  Didn't have the 18 month Chedder, so picked up the Vintage (24 months).   A bit sharp for me, so will use one for the 'Velveeta' again, and should taste much better.

 

Especially since BBD is 10-1-2025
