   Always the same story .

Israel claims they were Hamas members attempting to steal the food .

Hamas says they were innocent civilians

Yes, very convenient for Israel to  blame Hamas when it kills civilians.

Did you understand what I said ?

I will have to say it again .

Israel claims they were Hamas , therefore they were not civilians and legitimate targets

Israel claiming they were hamas does not make it so.

Of course you prefer that. Doesn't make it more true.

Actually it does make far more credible. Hamas terrorists credibility vs Israel.

Of course you would prefer to question that fact.

It's sad how how you seem to believe every Israeli claim.

Why can't you be sceptical about both?

Because I prefer facts and I hate Hamas, they are murderous terrorists who torture, rape, hold hostages and want to wipe out Israel in their genocidal acts. Its ok, Israel is on top of this now and eliminating most of them..

Oh please I'm not taking up my time to watch unverified allegations. If you want to post a video then mark the time where the evidence is presented and tell me what it is so I can check.

Back to the facts:

Hamas leader refuses to acknowledge killing of civilians in Israel

A senior Hamas leader has refused to acknowledge that his group killed civilians in Israel, claiming only conscripts were targeted.

Moussa Abu Marzouk told the BBC that "women, children and civilians were exempt" from Hamas's attacks.

His claims are in stark contrast to the wealth of evidence of Hamas men shooting unarmed adults and children.

Sounds very much like the IDF denials.

The topic is genocide in Gaza BTW.

I know what the topic is about @stevenl

Of course you know what's it about, that's why you're deflecting.

Israel has a command chain and the IDF who break the rules are reported and investigated and face action for any illegal things they do .

Some  IDF gave previously been jailed for using excessive force .

Hamas are terrorists who don't abide by any rules and they don't tell the truth

Talk about deflection. Still waiting for you to come up with these IDF denials that you claim sounds similar.

The topic is actually that An Aid organisation made  the claim .

Just after the ICC didn't find Israel guilty of genocide , and AID agency makes the same allegation again .

Amnesty International should be held accountable for their false claims  , tried in Court for slander and Libel

Ireland has also jumped on the bandwagon by showing willingness to manipulate international law  following Amnesties lead of changing the definition of Genocide to suit.

Ireland’s Move at the ICJ Redefining The Meaning of Genocide to get a Conviction

Martin’s position, however, does not emerge in isolation. It draws inspiration from a recent Amnesty International report on the conflict. The report controversially claimed that Israel was not guilty of genocide under traditional international law but proposed redefining the term to fit their conclusion. This shift in approach damaged Amnesty’s credibility; leaks, disavowals from its Israel chapter, and widespread criticism followed the report’s publication. Despite the backlash, the Irish government appears willing to follow Amnesty’s lead, potentially sacrificing the integrity of international law to align with the organization’s narrative.

A post removed @bannork please try to keep to the topic not any random alleged incident of death in Gaza that is reported by without verification.

Amnesty International "It's a Genocide in Gaza"

War is hell, dont start one. Release the American Hostages or we should start killing until that occurs, instead of watching the IDF pussyfoot around.

Israel accused of deliberately destroying water supplies in Gaza

"HRW accuses Israel of acts of genocide over Gaza water access - BBC News" https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c75wqr0k3dyo

Accused with zero evidence again, same same

Human Rights Watch's new "genocide" report is a farce. It centers on alleged water deprivation and claims that "thousands of Gazans have died from dehydration," yet cannot substantiate a single case where someone definitively died of dehydration.

Rather, they rely on hearsay and testimonies from Hamas Health Ministry officials and either political activist doctors or "useful idiot" doctors. Dehydration is always listed as a "contributing factor" or something like that.

But even assuming that their central contention is true—which it manifestly is not—the notion that Israel is responsible for it is ludicrous.

So it seems a Gazan has a choice of dying from lack of water or being blown up.
