I buy too much because that's the way they sell cheaper. How can I keep them fresh longest?

In a Fridge? Do they get watery? I haven't tried yet.

Slice, dice, and freeze. Otherwise they should last in the fridge a good week depending on the ripeness. Green mangoes can sit outside of a fridge for a good couple of weeks and longer in the fridge.

Right now is about as far as you can get from sweet mango season. But if you like them sour you are fine. The Thai's often use a dip called Nam Pla Wan and dip the green mango before eating.

That explain why I don't see them as before.

When I pick it's often not ripe. When my Thai gf picks they are great! And to me both looked same...

Thailand have SO MANY fruits! I try to learn. I know bananas pretty well.

I love fresh fruits.

Interesting.....also found this.....could be....... as we were inundated last year.....

Alternate Bearing

Mango trees are known for alternate bearing, which means they produce fruit in cycles. If your tree had an exceptionally large crop last year, it may have depleted its energy reserves, leading to little or no fruit this year. Trees sometimes take a rest year to recover.

I guess mango trees have something in common with me.

You're obviously not learning very quickly. Or are you just practicing your skills as a troll. Either way you're not coming across as an intelligent human being.

This year very few mangoes. It was the heat in April. I'm very concerned that next yr will be the same. A fkn hot April every fkn day.

No. My post is are you stupid or just trolling? For you it's both. If someone cannot tell the difference between a green mango and a ripe mango they shouldn't be making a thread. As it is this thread is pure nonsense.

Let them sit there and decompose a bit then when you’re bored go out and stomp on them and pop the pits out, it’s pretty fun especially when you’re a little tot, I speak from experience.

Excellent reply. Thanks for the periods before the obligatory emoji. Up to your current standard of discourse because your only reply is always puerile. Surprise us all by actually posting something slightly intellectual. Good start IMHO IS STOP WITH THE EMOJIS.

My guess is you don't "take any notice or advice" from anyone.

p.s. You do realise you are the only one that has the full on emoji thing going on (EVERY POST) don't you? Why would that be? Attention seeking? Nothing substantial to say?

I would absolutely love you to copy and paste some of your better counterpoints to the discourse. Without the emojis if possible would be different for sure. Just one copy and paste. Anything really, of a considered nature. You've been on here for years and all I see is tripe and emojis. As a Pom I'm sure you know my reference to tripe.

Wrong, yet again..........:coffee1:

Try responding to the rest of my post. Do you have the decency to do that in an adult way? You're history on here says you can't. Now's your chance. Not just your one line nonsense (+emojis) that most if not all of us on here are sooooooo bored of. More than two sentences that are not just ad hominem or nonsense. Not difficult.

Here's my post again:

Say no more. I rest my case. You are incapable of any adult discourse. You've been the same on here for years. One of the original trlls.
