   Turns out he was referring to Jamal Khashoggi and he is a Saudi Arabian citizen  , the Chomper  mistakenly claimed that he was an American citizen .

   Chomper stated that he was a USA citizen

…and NOT an American citizen. He was a resident. But a citizen of Saudi Arabia.
