Motorcycle Crash Claims Life of Local Man in Trang

A  motorcycle crash occurred in Trang’s Huai Yot district early morning, resulting in the death of a local resident.

Emergency services received a report at approximately 01.30 on December 23, from the Narenthorn Trang Centre about a single-vehicle crash near the railway crossing by Lamphura Golf Course in Huai Yot. 

Upon arrival at the scene, rescue workers from Sawang Phakdi Trang Foundation discovered the lifeless body of a 42-year-old man.

The victim, identified as Mr. Sudsakorn Kamthorn, a resident of Moo 3, Khao Pun subdistrict, was pronounced dead at the scene. Preliminary investigations revealed that he had lost control, at speed, of his motorcycle and collided with a number of roadside post, at the railway junction.

Rescue workers, local police, and medical examiners conducted an on-site examination, before transferring the body to the victim’s family.

Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the incident.
