Yes, it does happen in every country, except you do not get "cut off" in Thailand, they keep serving you. Then, they wonder why they have a problem with a really drunk customer.
Deodorant just covers up the sweat smell. Anti perspirant like Sure or Right Guard is what most people use. The problem with a lot of people is that they may shower but don't change their shirt or wash it properly. It's old sweat that skinks not fresh perspiration.
