Stop deflecting.

I have met Christians before who attend church every Sunday, then lie like pigs in sh!t the rest of the week.

Unlike leftists who lie and are hypocrites ALL the time?

When it comes to politics, people are not lying as much as that they have been lied to, that’s what is reiterated.

Yes, there are hypocrites everywhere, but referring to someone who posts nonsense in that way, claims to be smarter than most here, and posts outrageous things in that way just seems to fit. A Christian, meaning all, are imperfect humans who follow Christ. This means they are humans and like all others are capable of making mistakes and not acting Christian like some times. God doesn't expect us to be perfect robots. He expects us to follow him and do what we can to be good and not turn our backs on him, having faith he is the way, and to try to be better the next time. Yes, I know people from all faiths that act like they don't follow their religions, like here in Thailand, where they pray to a statue hoping for money and gold.

I'll take that as an admission your OP was intended to be nasty.

I have no problem with someone who claims to be smarter than me, all he/she has to do is prove it.

A bit nasty from someone professing to be a Christian.

I have never professed to be a Christian, or at least, a Born-Again one.

Important Update:   Robust Chicken-breast Collagen Issue has now been solved....!

a.  As you know, even after using a variety of roasting methods, the local retailer where I purchased the many kilos of chicken-breasts, ....seems to have provided me with birds that are not fit for roasting.

b. I had become frustrated and disappointed.

c.  After roasting, no matter what I tried....

d.  The roasted-result was like chewing on a rubber Dog-Toy.

e. I was just about to chuck out the bags of breasts when....I decided to give it one last, final, College-Try.

f. So.....

g.  I took out my slow-cooker, which also has a HI-setting that can boil.

h. I filled the cooker up to the brim with breasts.

i.  I turned the cooker to HI, and boiled them for about 45 minutes.

j.  Next, I set the cooker to LOW.  And I cooked, and I cooked, for about NINE hours, until 12:33 AM, this morning.

k.  Happy to Report:  I poked one breast with a fork, and the thing just completely fell apart, so soft and tender was it.

l.  This means that there is no need to chuck the breasts.  I can keep them in my freezer, and just enjoy chicken soup...whenever.....

m.  One more thing of importance:  I added about 4 inches of ginger to the soup.  And, it tastes GREAT!

=======================

I am not much of a soup lover.

I prefer roast meat, same as Tom Jones.

So, in the future, i will never again attempt roast chicken in Thailand.

Instead, I will always opt for roasting either Pork or Suckling Lamb.

=================

Thank you for the info about Tops.

I will use Tops, in the future.

Tops is one of the best retailer for food in my area.

I have known the manager of one of the Tops stores for over a decade.

Such a very thoughtful, kind, and helpful person is he....

And, it's nice for me, too, to have at least one friend in Chiang Mai.

I am feeling better now about my breasts...because.....

All is well that ends well.

And, in addition, it's just so nice to start out the New Year on the right foot.

=============

More later about the Pork sourcing issue, on January 15th....hopefully....

I take it all back....!

Even after slow-cookering, the breasts are still tougher than leather.

Very long stringy fibers that are almost as tough as Nylon.

I will NOT name the name of the retailer, because there is really no advantage to doing so.

And, because, maybe, these breasts all come from the same source, here locally.

However, we KNOW that they are cheap.

And, here is proof:

Are these basically best when fed to the dogs?

For me, they are completely inedible, and at Costco in Taiwan, they would not have been sold for eating at table by humans.

I think that the ones I bought are completely unsalvageable, at least for my consumption.

But, there is a neighborhood cat that I like, and I will feed the breasts tot he cat, over the next YEAR, maybe.... 22 Kgs left to go......

Just how tough is the breast muscle meat on these birds...if they are birds.....?

Well, far tougher than the muscles on this guy, in his prime:

So, with these chicken breasts that I bought locally at the major retailer.....

I would say....

You can LOOK, but you better not touch.

Now, for me....

It's gonna be Pork and Lamb all the way

From here on in.

And, the breasts go to the cats.
