Suspects caught in theft of iPhone 14 Pro Max in Bangkok
Picture courtesy of KhaoSod By Bright Choomanee Two suspects have been apprehended in connection with the theft of an iPhone from a 17 year old boy, the son of a department director, during a planned transaction near a prominent shopping mall on Rama IV Road. The incident occurred when the victim, known as A, arranged to sell the iPhone 14 Pro Max, blue in colour, and was subsequently robbed by two individuals. This incident took place in the Khlong Toei district of Bangkok. It was later revealed that the victim is the son of a director at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. Yesterday, January 7, investigative officers from Thonglor Police Station have been on the case. They interviewed the victim, who described the suspects as two men and one woman using a motorcycle during the crime. However, the victim could not recall specific details about the make, model, or colour of the motorcycle. Officers then reviewed CCTV footage from the scene to identify the culprits. The investigation revealed that the suspects fled the scene on a green-black Honda Click motorcycle without a license plate. They headed towards the Customs Department intersection. Police searched the area and found the motorcycle parked without a license plate, reported KhaoSod. Following the discovery, officers conducted surveillance and gathered additional intelligence in the vicinity. Through this process, they identified the individuals involved as Itthiphon and Krisana. The police then moved in to arrest the suspects and seized the motorcycle used in the escape. The suspects have been taken into custody and are now facing legal proceedings under the law. Elections have Consequences
Gag! It's already the case (except in a few local elections). Only American citizen can vote. Another lame attempt by the GOP to substantiate its ridiculous claims of rigged elections. 😆 -

Revenue Department boss calls on tax residents in Thailand to file 2024 returns by March 31
Assume so, but the 2023 form does not specify that. Maybe 40(1) designates Thai employment only? Personal Income Tax Return for taxpayer with only income from employment under Section 40 (1) of the Revenue Code Only https://www.rd.go.th/fileadmin/download/english_form/2023/230367PIT91.pdf The instructions do not specify Thai income only, but that would be assumed by most. https://www.rd.go.th/fileadmin/download/english_form/2023/GUIDE_91_66_Complete.pdf Note item A2 is where you enter the total from section B, exempted income. But section B does not have an option to list foreign excluded income. My guess is @Cyclist TRD officer just plugged the number in a somewhat related slot, probably line 2 "government pension fund contribution", in order to avoid admitting a misteak. PND90 would be required if the taxpayer is reporting interest or dividend or rental income, etc. It has the same exemptions in section 1, item 2. -

Here comes the smog (do do do do)...
And the safe limit was always 20 andonly increased because of China never being able to get close. China raised it to 50. Any particles below 2.5 is dangerous and get into the cardiovascular/pulmonary system.
