Where Are the Tariffs?
The presidential candidate I voted for and wanted to see elected is now in office, and has started to fulfill his campaign promises. While it's true Rome wasn't built in a day -- there's a lot more work to be done! -- even after just a few days I've got a lot more than "nothing". On the other hand, people who continue to invest their energies into hating President Trump really do have "nothing". For at least the next 2 years (until the midterms), Trump's opposition is out of power, and rather definitively at that. -

I didn't claim you were hiding your seething hatred towards President Trump. I claimed your original statement in this topic was disingenuous. Let's recap: In this topic, you made a statement about Trump's trustworthiness, thinly veiled as proposing an action item for his supporters (to keep track of his promises and compare later). I saw through your disingenuousness, and ever since then you've been attempting -- via deflection and gaslighting -- to pretend your statement wasn't actually a swipe at President Trump. But the actual result has been to shed even more light on the disingenuousness of your original statement, due to your ever less veiled swipes at President Trump providing ample context about your motivations. Apparently not, because you keep extending said conversation. -

I can confirm that I have always followed that Jomtien immigration guideline, but during the covid period I still had to queue outside in a crowd for 45 minutes, unlike normal, just walk in, hand in the doc. and go back outside without waiting, regardless of whether others were being treated! Clearly surprised and bored he admitted that there was no fine or punishment or consequence regarding this, but that it is meant to help us that we would not act unwisely or forget to keep the obligation to keep the 400,000 in full ..... friendly explanation but a bit of a weak defense, because of course 3 months you have to have 800,000 Baht back in full on the account for the new extension later So DR jack54 is right .... no forced to do in real The final controle is by your new extention later if the 800 000 rule was followed in full
