I dont see it as so unsafe, more like no ling term planning. Get a plan to build decent sidewalks, parking, traffic. Find a way to phase out the "farang tax" and enforce traffic laws. -

Crime Woman Found Stabbed to Death, Boyfriend Discovered Dead Upstairs in Suspected Murder-Suicide
Picture courtesy of Khaosod. A grisly scene unfolded in Bangkok’s Khlong Sam Wa district on the evening of 30 May when police discovered the bodies of a young couple in a house that also operated as a fruit and vegetable trading business. Police from Min Buri Station were alerted to the incident at around 21:15. Upon arrival at a two-storey home in a residential estate in the Nimit Mai area, officers, accompanied by forensic specialists and rescue teams from the Poh Teck Tung Foundation, found the body of a woman in the kitchen on the ground floor. The female victim, believed to be around 21 years old, was found lying on her back with multiple stab wounds to her torso, chest, and neck. Upstairs, police discovered the body of a man, identified as the woman’s boyfriend, in the bedroom. He had reportedly hanged himself with a rope, suggesting a possible murder-suicide. Authorities have launched a full investigation and are currently questioning the housemaid, who was present at the scene. Investigators are working to establish the exact timeline of events and the motive behind the tragedy. The house had been used as a registered business premises dealing in produce for sale. Forensic examinations and interviews are ongoing as police attempt to piece together the circumstances leading to the deaths. Adapted by Asean Now from Khoasod 2025-06-01. -
