Looking at Lazada's cheapo laptops with Ryzen 7 chips - anyone bought one?

I bought an Acer Swift 3 through a reputable vendor on Lazada 2 year warranty and registered direct with Acer...all good and a 3000 baht saving....check feedback and seller rating plus how long they have been selling on Lazada and you won`t have problems 👍

My partner and I use Lazada a lot and have generally been happy. However everything electronic we bought has either not worked or packed up after a short time. Lazada has given us a credit each time tho.

I would be cautious, read the reviews posted and ask questions of the folks who have bought. 

Some good price examples posted here with a real shop you can go to with problems, maybe worth a few thousand baht for that.

Stop trying to be cheap in trying to get something for nothing. Buy a second hand Latitude or Thinkpad if you don't want to spend much.

But stop dreaming about that device for 5.5k. 

 

Do not buy any refurbished laptop from Lazada. I paid almost 4000Bt for one and it lasted little more than a week.

I would like to buy things from Amazon, I bought two earbuds for about 25 GBP each and they have been brilliant in every way, then I bought a computerised watch for about the same price and for some reason it was stopped at customs in Thailand.

Amazon did refund my money so it was not Amazons fault, but I am now reluctant to buy from them for that reason.

You can buy if you have some idea of what you are doing. There are loads of old Latitudes/Thinkpads on there.
