I guess part of the answer is how high quality do you want?

MP3 is a lossy audio format. You lose quality compared to the original. Maybe not much, but you lose quality.

 

If the cassette tapes are something which you won't find commercially like a private recording, then maybe it's important to you that you can hear it at all, even if the quality is not so high.

If you want high quality for both of above, that is more difficult.

 

If the recordings are commercially available, then it is highly likely that you can download or buy them somewhere.
