I remember the photo now... It was the the on-board lounge photo... .... presumably drinking away a 28 day rotation of telling roughnecks to put their earplugs in... definitely a good way to wash away the all the rig-BS. 1 1

That's 2 out of 2 pictures where you can be seen on the alcohol. Congrats. 1 1

newnative Posted yesterday at 03:49 AM Posted yesterday at 03:49 AM 'Those of you who drive a car in Pattaya . . .' Why limit it to just Pattaya drivers? Nobody else drives in Thailand and can contribute to the discussion?

My company does not allow alcohol on the rig. When I'm in Thailand, on my time off, I drink everyday. Do you have a problem with that?

Yes, on board lounge photo. The roughnecks often disobey safety by not wearing ear plugs, keeps the the Driller and AD busy reminding.

If sick, it doesn’t matter you still work unless so unwell it would be dangerous. Too many softies will never know what that takes. 1

As long as you don't operate a vehicle whilst you are in Thailand drinking, no. Otherwise, up to you.
