Let's see.  Canada produces 4.6 MBOPD, refines 1.7 MBOPD and has the capability to export 0.89 MBOPD from their left coast.  Up until recently, mostly to California.  Now some to China.

 

The rest, they sell to the USA.  They don't have the infrastructure to sell to anyone else.  Thank the Greenies for that.  So they'd have to find a new home for 2 MBOPD, or they'll be swimming in their own oil in a few weeks.  I'm wondering where Trudeau thinks they'll store it?

Canada has huge O&G reserves and are landlocked and unable to ship it. All in the name of CO2 Carbon...the Carbon tax on everything is another handcuff.

They did it to themselves. Canada has so many natural resources the should be richer than Dubai.

 

 

The Trans Canada Pipeline system involves more than 40,000 kms of large diameter pipe.

Setting that to the side, I can see why he got annoyed re illegal immigration from Canada - Mexicans worked out they could fly there and enter overland as mentioned on this link.
