Oh yes, Istanbul. It was all downhill from there. The third successor of Boris, Starmer, seems to want to get the UK directly involved. How about he send 100,000 or so British troops to the front to slow Putin down? Otherwise STFU!!!

While I despise Starmer so no desire to support him, it appears to me he only wants to send them as a peacekeeping ( the most ill used word in the English language ) force after the war stops. Russia will likely put an end to that nonsense.

I don't think we can blame the BBC for reporting what was said and summarizing its meaning.

NATO has fallen out of favor with America recently and if America withdraws from NATO then the EU and UK will have to handle it.

The issue isn't merely your lack of knowledge about Putin, Russia, and this war. The real problem is that, despite having zero understanding in this area, you still presume to judge how easy and simple it would be to establish peace by betraying a Western ally, abandoning them to a maniacal tyrant, and disregarding the hundreds of thousands of heroes who have given their lives fighting against this global evil.

Sounds like another "low IQ" member, what?

Correct. I will repeat the mantra. You need to be mentally ill if you think Putin is in the Kremlin thinking the Ukrainian invasion went well, lets go pick a fight with NATO now.

IMO the poster you quoted, after Putin wins everything he wants and Zelensky is running for his life, will keep posting the wishful dreams that Ukraine could have won if only, if only, if only.

Zelensky should never have trusted Boris.

He should be digging a fallout shelter for when Putin invades a NATO country.

I realize this is an absolutely crazy idea but....shouldn't the countries of Europe defend against aggression toward the other countries of Europe?

YES, BUT the US has and always wanted to be the mouth piece and universal police dog on watch, in that case by all mens Trump up the cash and the weapons.
