Foreign Tourist Saved by Thai Police After Travel Mishap
You actually said it to me recently, and to others in the past. And you, again, are another one here who assumes things about others, consistently, which is a very childish way of thinking. Many others go off topic here, daily, and it's not unusual because people have their own personal way of looking at things, which might not correspond with others. Also, I'm way more advanced in my thinking, especially where the psychological aspect is concerned, so it wasn't a cave I crawled out of but an easy chair reading books. -

Different columns on the computer for different stats, as in those bringing in assessable income and pensions income etc He then smiled and said he had filled in the wrong columns and didn't get it why, after three hours, I was a tad unhappy. He showed my partner the computer and where he had done it wrong. Furthermore, he didn't know what he was doing. The senior officer at another desk just continued talking on his phone and ignoring us. He actually told me now I was in the system, he would rather I did it myself online. -

Thailand Ranked 106th in English Proficiency Out of 116 Countries
The biggest problem in Thai education is the non fail policy. Kids are not pushed to learn as they will pass to the next grade. So why should they learn and do their best to learn a foreign language. Besides that there are many Thai English teachers that hardly can speak English. They are good at grammar but how can you teach to speak English and motivate students if even the teacher is unable to do it. As an example, my vice director was a master in English, but she could hardly speak with me. Thailand want things, but the first thing they need is willing to change
