It's notable that the prosecutor was ordered to request that the case be dismissed without prejudice. What that means is that the charges against Adams could be revived anytime. In other words, it's a way to coerce Adams into cooperating with the Trump administration.

Quid pro quo = illegal.

Now this is how to give the corrupt Trump administration the finger. Here's an excerpt from the resignation letter of the chief prosecutor in the Adams case. It's about the corrupt use of dismissal without prejudice.

"But any assistant U.S.attorney would know that our laws and traditions do not allow using the prosecutorial powerto influence other citizens,
much less elected officials, in this way. If no lawyer within earshot of the President is willing to give him that advice, then I expect you will eventually find someone who is enough of a fool, or enough of a coward, to file your motion. But it was never going tobe me."

It should be noted that Hagen Scotten, the author of this, is a second rate typical lefty lawyyer 3 who has done nothing in the way of service for his country...oh wait a minute...

"Scotten is an Army veteran who earned two Bronze medals serving in Iraq as a Special Forces troop commander. He graduated from Harvard Law School at the top of his class in 2010 and clerked for Chief Justice John Roberts."

A career is important to a lawyer. They all just whored themselves into partnerships with some white shoe law firm attached to the Democrat crime organization.

Thanks for the idiocy. Both Sassoon and Scotten have the kind of elite resumes that would have long since gottem them top positions in elite white shoe law firms if that is what they were looking for.

How many Law Firm hiring decisions have you participated in? How long have you participated in the local political process in a major US city as it intertwines with national politics and major law firm partnerships?

You never have.  Accordingly, your comment is, as usual, ignorant babbling fueled by your extreme anti-Americanism, irrational deranged Trump hate and ego needs requiring flames.

A remarkable, and revealing suggestion, especially as Danielle Sassoon is rather an attractive young lady!

The suggestion that she is a whore says far more about you than it ever does about her.

All lawyers are whores. Dont play defender of women, you support the trans agenda right?

I'd say the fact that you are taking the statement "whored themselves into partnerships" and turning it on its side to fit your agenda says plenty about you and your willingness to virtue signal while twisting meaning beyond all recognition.

Danielle Sassoon was not directly mentioned nor has anyone but you associated her with the word whore.

nice try though.

Read @Yagoda's reaction to my comment. I would say it leaves no doubt whatsoever that he was referring to Danielle Sassoon.

You really are a piece of work, remarking about a particularly offensive slur you made about a woman ( and yes I do defend her against it) does not make me in any way a supporter of the trans agenda, and especially of your twisted and bizarrely hate filled interpretation of it.

You a lawyer LOL?

Ill be the first one to defend the need for such sharks but am mature to recognize they are all whores. Take your teddy bear and sensitivity home snowflake.

Actually, it is not clear at all.

while I believe Yagoda is a waste of skin and bandwidth, they called you out for your duplicity.

No duplicity in what I said, @Yagoda said it, and has reiterated it several others; you however perhaps  demonstrate some considerable duplicity in suggesting that he said no such thing!

Both these attorneys were. clerks for Supreme Court justices.

Which ones.

In addition, both graduated from an elite University.

As many attorneys do

It's all value added after that, and the value is the politics

Don't fight over what I said. Lawyers are all whores. Just more expensive ones.

it is you and only you who brings her name into it and applies the term to her.

I disagree with pretty much everything Yagoda says, but I don't feel the need to fabricate offenses or twist meaning.

Whored in this context implies a mercenary, to the highest bidder for personal gain ethos, it is you alone who brings gender and alternative meaning into the conversation.

Clear?

1) don't presume to tell me what I can think or post.

2) on second thoughts, as a single white male living in Cambodia you may be qualified to ruminate on prices...
