Which ones.

As many attorneys do

It's all value added after that, and the value is the politics

One of those justices is the notorious socialist John Roberts and the other was the fire breathing Marxist Antonin Scalia.

I make no claim to the moral high ground.

I was merely offering an opinion - sauce, geese and ganders and so forth.

You really are a piece of work, remarking about a particularly offensive slur you made about a woman ( and yes I do defend her against it) does not make me in any way a supporter of the trans agenda, and especially of your twisted and bizarrely hate filled interpretation of it.

no you make no allusions at all to your own superiority.

It is you that are suggesting (wrongly as it happens) that I am claiming any moral high ground or "allusions of superiority".

Nice. Gives them some cred. This is New York right? Check judicial appointments in 6 months. Adds more cred. Angling for federal judge ships in the next admin too if it's Democratic. At any rate, New York State supreme Court or any New York State judge ship is a great gig. License to steal.

Say what you will.

vs

it is you and only you who brings her name into it and applies the term to her.

I disagree with pretty much everything Yagoda says, but I don't feel the need to fabricate offenses or twist meaning.

Whored in this context implies a mercenary, to the highest bidder for personal gain ethos, it is you alone who brings gender and alternative meaning into the conversation.

That's characteristic of them. I can give them enough reality to make their heads explode.

Is the word whore something that's unacceptable? Doesnt appear blanked out. Speech policing much?

You don't think US lawyers are whores?

What about Shakespeare?

Given the decisions lately of the supreme Court, I'd say six of those members might prove you have a point.

More idiocy. Do we need any more proof that you are not an American? If you were an American, you would know how prestigious it is to be a clerk for a supreme Court justice.

I admire your confidence in the intellect of the American public. Sadly I see no evidence to support such optimism.

Justice, it is all about fear square justice for everyone, not only one sided truth in the eye of the beholder, manipulated by heavy propaganda.

You are a pure product of one sided propaganda

Have you just woken up from a 4 year sleep? Your team ran on a "Get Trump" platform without a crime, which led to the biggest travesty of justice reviving expired crimes to persecute political rival. All the while sheilding a deeply corrupt child molester.

After cheering this on, the left do not get to lecture anybody on justice or truth.

My team? Fs get real, I'm not even guilty of being an American. Lucky me, my ancestors decided to stay in poverty and work it out. Proud of them, especially today

A career is important to a lawyer. They all just whored themselves into partnerships with some white shoe law firm attached to the Democrat crime organization.

Make sure they are never employed by the us government again.

It's notable that the prosecutor was ordered to request that the case be dismissed without prejudice. What that means is that the charges against Adams could be revived anytime. In other words, it's a way to coerce Adams into cooperating with the Trump administration.

No, that means the current case is not justified by the (lack of) evidence.  Without prejudice means they can re-file the case if they feel they can prove it.

Shirley, if Trump was as corrupt as you say, he'd simply pardon his crony for all crimes, even if not yet uncovered, going back ten years.

That would be corruption!

State charges here, trump can not pardon.

They, well respected lawyers, feel there is too much evidence to dismiss. Those lawyers are well known to be far from lefties. They're calling out the quid pro quo here.

They did the right thing, and I think Trump did the wrong thing by canceling the case .

He should have let it play out in the court.

If state charges, Trump would have no say over New York persecutors.  These are federal charges in federal court with, umm, federal persecutors defying their DOJ leadership.

But apparently Trump is not so corrupt as to give his crony a 10-year 10%-for-the-big-guy-so-never-even-gotta-go-to-trial-card.

I always thought these charges were trumped up.  Plus, the timing was suspect.

I thought them a bit convenient, but they should have let it play out in court.
